Weekly VH07V T-Shirt Update!

The time has finally arrived! We're just three short days away from the 2012 Hawaii Ocean Expo where I'll be debuting the VH07V booth. The show is at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall and runs from Saturday, April 21st (9am-7:30pm) through Sunday, April 22nd (9am-5pm). If anybody has any expertise in booth design, or even just doing trade shows in general, please help a brutha out!

We're cutting it pretty close, but all three vendors (tees, hats, and stickers) assure me that my orders will be ready in time for the show. I plan on having CHOKE quantities and styles, with show only discounts, so come on down and say "Hi!" if you can k?

Weekly VH07V T-Shirt Update!

We're still on track for my first ever trade show appearance at the 2012 Hawaii Ocean Expo - on April 21st (9am-7:30pm) & 22nd (9am-5pm) at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

Orders for hats and adult tees (including a new color combo) are in, as is the keiki and lady's lines! The Banner is in progress and I still have to order additional stickers soon. Business cards are pau!

This week's "Spotted" shot for VH07V is actually one of me. Sorry! LOL! It's a shot from a testimonial spot we filmed for Lanakila Pacific Custom Products, who is actually taking the lead on my keiki and women's stuff for this order. I've been so involved with Lanakila Pacific, from doing routes for their Meals on Wheels program, catering events for work from their Lanakila Kitchen, to participating in their annual Good Table event, that I almost feel like family. Heck, Lanakila Pacific is even the primary beneficiary of Rice Fest, the annual event I co-founded. It only made perfect sense to go through Lanakila Custom Products for my screening needs.

Weekly VH07V T-Shirt Updates!

Although not very easy to schedule in between the cries of a little baby , this week's task is to finalize the VH07V inventory so I know exactly how many shirts I have left and in what colors/sizes. Then, I will be placing a 3rd order - a really BIG one - to prepare for my first booth appearance at the upcoming 2012 Hawaii Ocean Expo, on April 21st (9am-7:30pm) & 22nd (9am-5pm) at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

I am planning on ordering a couple new color combos, stuff for the ladies & keiki, and even cool, looking embroidered hats! Cross your fingers I can get it all done in time!

Not sure if I mentioned this to you guys before, but I'm currently in a body fat loss competition with some friends which started back on January 1st. Our final weigh-out/measurement is on April 1st (yeah, April Fool's Day ironically) so I only have a little over a week left to go for this torture of not being able to eat junk food... Much! One thing I miss is plate lunches.

Sorry, that was the sound of my tummy as I nibble on this salad. Depressing no? Anyway, this week's WIH theme is plate lunches and fried chicken in particular. Go get um cuzins!

I have good news and bad news. The good news is that my new shipment of VH07V Tees has finally been delivered.

The bad news? After fulfilling all requests, I'm already running low on many sizes/colors and even ran out in others! 200+ gone in 1 week!? Wow! This thing is really taking off and it's pretty dang exciting!

I guess I have to order A LOT more for round 3, and then strategically slow down on the sales in preparation for my first booth appearance at the upcoming 2012 Hawaii Ocean Expo, on April 21st (9am-7:30pm) & 22nd (9am-5pm) at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall!
