1. Happy (almost) April 1st y'all! Anyone got any scrumptious ideas for a good April Fool's joke? Share! *grin*
2. Tomorrow night is the 3rd installment of the Eat the Street event at 555 South Street (5pm-9pm). Don't forget to check that out as part of the proceeds will go to help those in need in Japan!

First and foremost, mahalo to each and every one of you who commented, emailed and called to see if my folks (currently traveling in Japan) are OK. Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. I'm happy to report that they were finally able to get through and contact my sister and I. They definitely felt the quake in Tokyo, but are otherwise doing good and will hopefully be home soon.
