BOO! Happy Halloween y'all! Since today is that spe-sho goulish time of the year, let's kick it off with our list of Fave Five Halloween costumes. They don't necessarily have to be ones you've worn (or will wear)... Let's go with a list that may contain any of the following: hot ones from the opposite sex, funniest ones you've seen in the past, ones you think you'll see this year, etc.

Check out my list and holla atcho boy with yours, mmmmmmkay!

  1. Night Nurse - there's just something about Halloween that brings the naughtiness out of errone eh? Haha!
  2. Dog and Beth - I know this was soooo last year, but they are such unique characters and so easy to "dress up" as yeah?
  3. Guy with trench coat hiding something special - I have a hilarious pic of myself and this guy at Oceans years ago, but we won't go there!
  4. Pimp - big afro wig, track suit, gold chains, planny of bling, and you're good to go!
  5. Sarah Palin - Haven't seen this one yet, but I bet there will be some who try to pull this one off this year. People hot in the news is always fun to go out as!

Happy Halloween and Aloha Friday folks! Be safe and have a nice, fun weekend k? And don't drink too much or you're gonna look like the below! :P Shoots!

    1. Shonuff (aka the Shogun of Harlem from the movie "The Last Dragon").
    2. Woman giving birth, where your face is coming out of, well, you know.
    3. We (Frankie and the wife) are thinking about being Abercrombie and B$tch (preppy boy and wild girl)...that's my own idea, nobody steal it!
    4. We are also thinking of being Oh Dae-Su from "Old Boy" and LAdy Vengeance from "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance"
    5. Scariest costume? Wearing a sign that says "Price tag: 7 billion dollars" and a railroad track on your head.

I don't have anything to add but HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!

  4. tita leerz:

best ones i seen was in high school. a few guys teachers dressed up as babies complete with diaper and bottle! wasn't as gross as it sounds. another...3 guys dressed up as 3 girlz and was almost pretty. give ya a guess as to who was one of them!

  5. Chicken Grease:

    1) Just a mask: heh, MY Halloween costume when I was a kid, near every year (except for # 2). Heh. Loved it when my folks'd show the extended family Halloween pics and my uncles'd go, "eh, where the rest of your costume?" And then there's the overly drunk uncle who'll point to one of your non-Halloween pics and say, "eh, d'as yo' Halloween pi'tcha." Yeah, funny. Somebody give him his keys, please.

    2) Little League disguised as Major League: had practice on one Halloween and I was on my way home, ran into my non-LL friends WHO SAID THEY'D WAIT FOR ME, but, I just fell in and figured I'd use my LL bag to hold the treats. As my uniform was white and dark blue cap, I really loved how most candy givers looked at me and said, "'ey, Yanks!" or "YANKEES!" Funny how my LL team WASN'T any kind of "Yankees."

    3) Yakuza. The most recent time I kinda' "dressed up"; in a suit. I have pals who have had those yakuza tats on their arms and back for a while and when they started to garner designs that were a little less laughable, we decided to hit Waikiki as a group Yakuza thing. Those who had the tats went shirtless (egads), the rest of us had on suits or loud (VERY LOUD) aloha shirts to go with a light-colored pants. All with cheap shades. Certain tourists looked shocked and near fearful (you ask me), so, we must've been authentic enough to make them forget it was Halloween in Waiks.

    4) Group superheroes: this is, like THE best because when a group of people get to doing this, they're serious about it and looks REALLY great, really authentic. I've seen Justice League of America (not here, but, on the mainland), I've seen The Avengers (here), and EVEN the little-known, controversial The Authority, which was THE best (and I saw it here; had to wonder if the Midnighter and Apollo character were really together in that group since they're a couple in the comic).

    5) frankie . . . NOOOOO, kidding. Don't know what him look like anyways. # 5 is actually . . . once I saw someone as a upright bass, which seemed larger than an original bass since someone had to fit into it . . . and it was just the best. The bass was playable, too.

Sorry for going long, Ed . . . you helped bring back some memories.

    Happy Halloween, ya'll. Stay safe.

P.S. Coconut Willie -- thanks for the kind words the other day.

  6. Scott:

I'm gonna go as a McCain supporter with a tear away suit that has an Obama t-shirt underneath, so I can really piss off Chicken Grease and ol' Willie. Ha Ha, it's all in good fun people. I hope....Happy Halloween Ed and others!

  7. Coconut Willy:

Ed, I've seen #3 at Ocean's. Wow, that was an impressive costume. Maybe you saw me that year too. Remember that old McDonalds commercial with the guy that suspended the McDonalds bag in front of him as an incentive to run? I did a costume like that. Also been Gene Simmons among other things.

CG, no worries. people will see what happens if Karl Marx, um Obama, wins.

  8. EMM386:

The nurse thing definitely rocks. That's in the top five for sure. The one I really like is this one:

Doesn't matter if you liked Robotech or, as I do, the original, Genesis Climber Mospeada, this costume is cool.

Last year I saw a Priss in her hardsuit from Bubblegum Crisis that was really cool too.

  9. Chicken Grease:

Heh. Where are all the other responses? Guess everyone's out havin' a good time (like me, is why I'm only postin' to these Blogs hea) -- not always Halloween come about on a Friday.

All right, Coconut Willie, and Scott. Maybe we'll all have a meal and drinks some day :) . And with Ed. And everybody. Who am I forgetting. Oh, frankie, yeah, you can come, too. :P

  10. Shauna:

Just wanted to wish you a Happy Halloween! Hope you have fun tonight wherever you end up! I'm working tonight. :( If I had the time, I was going to find a honey BEE costume! Enjoy your weekend!

  11. HNL2LAS:

Hmmm... as I'm home waiting for the "trick or treat" to come yelling at my door... I don't have any fave costumes.... I can say one that sticks out right now and I mentioned a few days ago in another blog heehee... that I saw a couple back in LV, where the girl was a hand, and her man was a, uhmmmm male part, and she would stop and put her arms around him and umm move up and down. hehe.. was hilarious... all around them were people like me who had to take a picture!

Love the picture of da puke'n pumpkin and his drunk friends!!! Happy Hallloween!!

Ho, there was this group that dressed up as the characters from Street Fighter. They were a huge hit! Had E Honda, Blanka, Chun Li, Dhalsim (sp?), and Ryu I think. Was pretty cool!
